Hello, my name is Jeremy and I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I would like to apologize for the delay in the receipt of your complete order. We experienced an unexpected spike in demand of the PIC, which exhausted our supply, forcing us to place them on backorder. We have ramped up production and are in the process of fulfilling all backorders.

I also want to apologize for the difficulty you experienced while trying to contact customer service. Quite frankly, the sheer quantity of calls has overloaded our system. We are working on upgrading our phone system so we may better assist valued customers such as yourself.

We can provide an update on the status of your order if you send your order information to facebook@hearthware.com. Once we receive an update from our customer service managers, we will let you know. Thank you for your patience while we sort all of this out.
