Precision Relocation gave us a contract then after loading the truck doubled the price and would not off load the stuff from apartment back to the street so we could get a new company or rent a uhaul our selves Linden New Jersey

They gave us a contract for moving our daughter home from her apartment at college. After they got there they loaded the stuff told us they parked 750 feet from the door of her apartment  when security cameras have them parking outside the door (they addeda 694$ charge for this) then they loaded the stuff and told my daughter it was double the size we agreed upon,  and they would not offload it so she could rent a uhaul herself. 

They deliverd it to our house at 12:02 am, yes that right they called and told us they were in town and would be at our house at 5-6pm and then we waited and kept calling and every time they said yes we will be there in 15 minutes.  After 10pm they stopped answering our calls and then tried to sneak in at 12:02 am and we got up and measured the stuff and it was actually less than our original contract and we asked where is the other half?? They said this is it and we said so you just basically ripped us off and of course the drivers are no english speaking and we know nothing.

All i wanted back was the services they did not deliver..I wanted all the money back except what the original cotract was for.  I repoorted them to the BBB and they said since the company did not respond that the claim is closed  of course a company does not respond to a ad review.  I sent all  my documentation to them and the company for review. 

I dont want anyone to get ripped off by these people
