I have had my insurance thru farmers for 20 plus years, my recent statement showed changes in my policy, raised rates due to unneeded changes to raise the agents commision. i called my agent and found out he retired. this new agent would not returd my calls. i called a supervisor and Preeti Sehgal sent me a email several days later saying she was the new agent. I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere, I received another email from Preeti demanding the cost she paid my agent for my policy. Really ? She also threated legal action. I forwarded the email to a lawyer, he stated that it was the best laugh he had in a long time. farmers insurance, take note of what your agents are doing to raise their commision. i will never do business with farmers again. i posted her letter on facebook and sent out to my company website.
