Preference Personnel Noridian Health Solutions Freaked out at me because I called to see if any jobs were available. Fargo North Dakota

 I was employed by a employment agency in Fargo called Preference Personnel for 10 months when my temporary job was over. I got in contact with my employment agent, Tania Cook and she told me that I would need to get in contact with someone else based on openings. I got in contact with someone else and was told that they would call me if any jobs in my area became available.

After a month of waiting and not hearing anything, i emailed there general email address so that someone could get back to me and I asked if there was anything that was available and that I have been waiting to hear from someone and haven't yet heard anything. I also included my phone number and was very respectful about everything. A few minutes later I received a phone call from Tania and she was telling me how she was doing the best she could and that I was being inconsiderate to her by not realizing that 700 applicants come in each day and she can't find everyone a job.

She also brought up how almost two years ago I gave them a bad review on Facebook because of a bad experience previously and how rude that was of me. Well, maybe if the agents actually cared about someone who was trying to find a job and that person was being respectful instead of putting that person down then you wouldn't have to worry about bad reviews. Even though she said there were no jobs available in my area, my sister got job offers left and rights during the time in question. I would never recommend preference after the way that Tania treated me and yelled at me when all I was trying to do was find another job. Terrible customer service!!!!
