Preferred Credit for Kirby Vacuum They took one extra payment and only returned $19.61 Saint Cloud MN Minnesota

On July 12 2018 I submited a Payment for $42.30 this was the final payment due. Then they went and took another $68.46 from my checking account on July 16 after they had already been funded the final payment. When I called on July 17 to make the correction with them they informed me that it would take weeks to get my money back. Instead of getting the full amount in AUg for the payment they took in July that only refunded me the stupid $19.61 the previous PAYMENT OF $42.30 WAS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED MY FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO JULY 16 AUTO PAYMENT BEING STOLEN FROM MY CHECKING ACOUNT. They were paid in full on July 13 they no longer needed to take the money from my account on the 16th of July but they did and refuse to return the full amount.
