Preferred Guests Resort PGR This company stole my reservation money after I cancelled the entire vacation package and resort Winter Park Florida

When listening to the person on the phone I understood that I could join this BEST VACATION EVER group known on the internet as PGR/Preferred Guests Resort for a low amount of $398. In return I would get discounted resorts in Florida and even throughout the country. I was mainly interested in either Costa Rica or Mexico. It was also promised that I had 30 days to cancel. I cancelled after twenty-four hours. The discounted price of the resort in Mexico was only supposed to be 20-30 dollars a night. Instead it was $675. I paid the cost in full with a credit card. I was told that this was to secure the reservation. However, due to medical reasons I cancelled the very next day. I was told I had 30 days to consider things. NOT TRUE. The PG company has my $675. and is refusing after 4 phone calls in to request my refund they are stating that it is not refundable. I also called the resort. They stated that the money goes directly to the PG Resort people not the resort itself. Therefore, though I have not stayed in the hotel/resort in Mexico they are free to keep my money? Please do yourself a favor and stay away from the BEST VACATIONS EVER company. They may have the best vacations ever, however it is through stealing someone's hard earned money they are enjoying them!
