Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. Rushed into decision making. After speaking to other clients in the waiting room, I found out that they advertise as if they have a number of treatment options for different scenarios, but truthfully, they have one treatment that they use on everyone. They build up this facade of diagnostics by means of questions and a bogus ultrasound test, but no matter the outcome, the non refundable consultation trial treatment is exactly the same for every client. After that they threaten that you’ll have to pay for the consultation again if you don’t decide to go forward on the spot. You’re forced to sign off on a review of the experience with staff sitting directly in front of you staring you down. There’s an I ndisclosed intimidating sales person. They have no discretionary practice in statement billing for client privacy purposes. Did I mention that they don’t mention it in the initial phone call or during the entire consultation, but at the end they reveal that your cheapest short term (3 month) treatment option is $1800!?!.... and they recommend 1 year of "treatments.” They’re only getting 1 star because there is no zero.
