Preferred Protection Plan You will pay most of your repair. Austin Texas

 Was told by the dealer the extended warranty is BUMPER TO BUMPER. I have used preferred protection plan 3 times and my out of cost payment is ridiculous. My last repair was for a manifold gasket replacement. Well they paid $211 and I paid $674. They say nuts and bolts aren't covered. The nuts and bolts were intact when the car was taken in, but were broken when the manifold was replaced. The extra work to replace the bolts was not covered. They don't cover difficult repairs I guess. The EXCLUSIONS on the warranty is pretty much the entire vehicle. Better keeps all your maintenance records if the engine or transmission go out.
