Preferred tank Services Stephen Shukaitis Scott Myers Soil Remediation Clifton New Jersey

The agreement on site remediation was signed on 5/6/14 for amount $5995. Did excavation small area 3X5 ft. take the samples for enviromental laboratory and send to some place in Connecticut 150 mile away, but same lab is 7 mile from my home. Weeks later sent me e-mail that lab posted samples result and 1 of 5 failed. The sample was collected att 11 ft wich coincided with limits of machine. Addittional remediaation is nessessary. On my request provided official report from Phoenix Env Lab get deniel. You did not paid for the testing. They try to force me to signed the new contract to continue project for another $4995 without any guarantee that will be no more contract if the test failed again. The company excavated and delivery 10 tons of soil to recycling plant in NJ ( 70% of 10 tons absolutely  clean soil wich delivered by another company on August 7, 2013 during oil tank removal. Basically I paid $600 soil which not suppose to be replace.

The Mr Myers and his boss Shukaitis fabricated result of lab test in order to recovery more money from this samply project.

Later the Shukaitis sent e-mail that he refuse to continue the project.

I am filed the complaint to Small claim court of Passaic County NJ against PTS  on 10/3/14. The PTS preferred to settlement of this claim and lose almost 2k, but do not provided the official test from Phenix Lab.

I am lost 3k on this project, because hire criminal peoples to do the project.
