Premier Credit of North America called regarding $36,956.00 student loan. I am over 70 years old and never had a student loan, also stated that my disabled son took out a student loan for a place not known to me. Demanded collection of $ Indianapolis, Indiana Nationwide

Person named Josh Martinez of phone number 317-3223614 called regarding a student loan(which I never had) of $36,000.00 from a school in Los Angeles for 1985. Also stated my totally disabled son attended a university which he is not capable of doing with his permanent total disability. He stated that he worked for Premier Credit of North America. The phone call came from Indianapolis,Indiana, but the return phone number did not work.

I was an investigator and assisted in identifying both schools mentioned as that they  were using random peoples SSA information and taking out loans in their names without their knowledge. This was prosecuted by the US Government as Student loan fraud and the people were identified. I am over 70 years old and never had a student loan of any kind. I am currently in process of suing the US Government for using my SSA for a loan which I never received or used. I filed a lawsuit against The University  of West Los Angeles, Norwest Law School for using my SSA for a loan which I never applied for or received and did not attend these schools.

Please don't let anyone else over the age of 65 get scammed on this Student Loan Fraud. We have also filed a complaint with our local legal aid program to stop these demands.
