I was in need of a personal loan to consolidate some bills. I tried countless times at legit places and was turned down everywhere I tried, because my credit is not very good.

I had just about given up when I received a call from Mandy Thorne at Premier Financial Group. She promised me a loan of 5000 with three options, a co signer with perfect credit and a yearly income of 50,000 or above(if I knew someone like that I would have asked them directly) collateral of some kind, ( I dont own anything of value) or insurance in case of job loss etc. I choose the insurance.

With the insurance I was told that a secured payment of 500 would be needed to get the loan. I said I still cant possibly do it because if I had 500 I would not be looking for a loan. She assured me that if I could borrow the money from someone I would be able to give it back within 24 to 48 hours of them receiving the money. I told her I would have to think about it, and get back to her.

She faxed me the paperwork to look over to make my decision. I looked it over for a few days, everyting looked ok. It was very basic with the terms and conditions of the loan. I decided to call a good friend that runs her own legimate travel business for a loan because I do not have any family left to ask. The woman has known me for about 20 years and trusted my judgement.

I wired the money western union to a David Lewis in Kingston Jamaica on June 1, 2007, on Mandy Thorne's instruction.

She told me it had been received and I would be contacted in a day or two by an agent of the insurance company. Prudent Insurance. I was contaced by Jonathon Carver from Stratus Insurance Company and was told the money would be directly deposited into my account within a few days. Actually on June 7, 2007.

On June 6,2007 Mr Carver called me to let me know the insurance ran a quick credit check before they realeased the funds and decided to not grant the loan. I was then told I could request a refund or he could find an alternate insurance company. I said find another company. He called me the next day, found another company but they requested more money (500 MORE) to which I said I want a refund. June 8, 2007. Waited the 30 days . Was told July 19, 2007 the refund would be in my possesion. Today is July 27, 2007. Still no REFUND !
