Premier Financial Sercurities Scam Midland Ontario

I received a letter stating I was a declared winner of Shoppers Sweepstakes held on Oct 5th ticker no. 387450146 and the winning no. 38-44-66-79-91 I am entitled to the sum of $ 250,000.00 us Dollars. Claim no. DH/SUL-0011 has been assigned to their North American Claims Affilitae. They sent me a check in the amount of $ 4,890.00 which had been deducted from my winnings. The sole purpose of this check is for the payment of applicable Government taxes on my big winnings. The tax amount is $ 2985.00 in us dollars to be paid by either moneygram or western union. Do not attempt to use this check until I have called my claims agent for further clarification within 5 business days. Contact name is Bob Morris 1-416-826-2774 and Mary Long is the promotion manager. I called the number and a recording came on said the mail box was to full to take further messages...

The check looks very real. It's drawn on a Wells Fargo account...
