Premier Fitness Group This corporate phone number that you discuss your account with is very rude and not consumer oriented. I have deal with this company twice about my account and they are the same very rude and unprofessional. The actual premier fitness locations will not honor the 30 free membership unless you join the club. I am looking into getting a lawyer for false advertisement if they do not cancel my membership!!! Centerville, Dayton Ohio

I am very disappointed in doing buisness with the company Lady's Premeier Fitness also under Premier Fitness group. When I went into the club for the 30 day FREE use of the club to see if I would like to join. They told me that was only if I signed up for the membership they wouldnt charge me for 30 days, the first month was FREE and that I had to sign-up for a 3 year program. I did go ahead and join but at the end of 30 days I really wasn't satisfied but they wouldn't cancel my membership. I started going to a different gym to work out at, in Dayton, OH and no longer in Centerville, OH (Dayton Mall) and I liked the site better. However my credit card company changed my account number and sent me a new card for security reasons and I didn't know. Well it made my payment reject from the bank. I have called about this and the customer service is very rude and will not credit me back the return fee. I asked to talk to a manager and she said the manager sees the same thing she does and will not transfer me to a manager. I am very upset as a consumer about this company and all their lies and rudeness. My next stop is to talk to a lawyer for a civil suit for their misconduct and misrepresenting their membership coupons and dues.

contract....

Sorry but it sounds as if you signed a 3 year contract. If you wish to sue you will need to prove damages. So I would suggest you get yourself a CONTRACT lawyer first. This way you have legal representation. Problem is this. Its going to cost you more in legal fees then it would to pay the ETF or early termination fee. So you have a choice.

As for sueing them, its going to be difficult. See they told you it was a 30 day trial. But in order to get it you had to sign a contract. If you even 1 day late cancelling then they have you. So expect a long and dragged out fight. The legal system no longer accepts "Ignorance of Contract" as an excuse anymore. They would look at you and ask if you even read it before you signed. You MIGHT be able to get them to drop the fees associated with the contract by getting legal representation but thats iffy.
