I checked my bank statement and there was a debit card transaction for $14.95 to Premier Health Plus and I never authorized this purchase. I keep up with every transaction made through this account very carefully and I know that this one was not authorized. I'm just thankful that it wasn't for more. I will be contacting my bank ASAP to see if I can get this resolved.
