Premier Health Plus Ripoff Numerous Fraudulent Charges to Credit Card Connecticut

PremierHealth Plus has fraudlent charged my credit card on 3 different occassions!!

The first time was in October 2001 in the amount of $139.95, I called the number and asked that they refund the charges and remove my credit card from their system. They assured me this had been done. I did receive a refund the next month on my credit card statement.

However, in February 2003, another charge in the amount of $139.95 showed up. This one was never credited back.

In December 2003 I was charged again by this company. This time in the amount of $149.95. This time was the WORST and SCARIEST of all! Even though we are with the same credit card company, we had canceled the previous card and changed our account number. But somehow, PremierHealth Plus got a hold of our account number again.

When I called to complain and have the charges refunded again, they were very polite. An automated system told me that my account had been canceled and disconnected me. Feeling that was insufficient I called back to talk to a live person and verify that a credit was being issued.

I was immediately transferred to a "Supervisor" who told me the refund had been issued and that "he would like to make sure I was not signed up for any other memberships with them." So he asked for my credit card number to see if they had my card enrolled in any of their other programs.

I DID NOT give him my number. This sounded very shady so I thanked him for the refund and called my credit card company to open a dispute and notify them of the details of the transaction.

When I looked for a website for PremierHealth Plus, the only evidence of their existence, was this, and other websites complaining of their fraudulent charges.
