      my contact person was joe johnson. i saw the sale of the property on bid-4-assets auction site as a renovated single family. none of it was true. nothing about this sale was done legally and im dealing with it in court now.

     i purchased the house in october 2012 and a closing never took place. i never visited the property i just turned it over to a management company that premier refered me to. that management company was also unethical. the house was not fit for habitation as i came to find out and it was not renovated. it was a dump.

     this company takes out mortgages left and right and cant keep their properties up to code.check out the court records. they sold me the property and did not disclose the violations. they are slumlords.

      i took them to court finally but they keep moving to avoid being served. my mistake is letting them talk me out of getting a title insurance. also in this business never belive anything until you do your own research.
