Premier Holiday And Monterey Collection Services-Fraudulent Vacation Packages bought in Cozumel Mexico, Montery Collections is trying to collect maintainence fees billed after membership was cancelled and dispute with Credit Card Company won. Oceanside California

We also fell victim to Premier Holiday Travel and are now dealing with a rude Representive named Yvette. We where vacationing in Cozumel, Mexico, February 2005. Bombarded with Time share people as soon as we got off the boat. We where told for certain amount of $$$ we could visit a really nice hotel and have lunch, snorkel and enjoy a relaxing afternoon . Little did we know what we where going to be setup for.

We where taken to a room immediately and was given a short presention which was only suppose to be 90 minutes, ending up 4 hours. The hard sale rep talked us into purchasing a time share with a small deposit with my credit card and made it sound so great and said I had excellant credit. I handed him my credit card and was only suppose to process a transaction for the agreed amount. We where still uneasy with the whole thing and was unable to check out Premier Holidays credentials until we would arrive back in the USA.

I tried contacting there customer service and was unsuccessful for days, either getting a busy tone or no answer. We started researching the company and got alot of negative feed back on Premier Holiday Travel. Finally after 4 days I contacted a Mr. Baeza and explain that we had a lot of problems contacting the company and also alot of negative comments, also my credit card was over the limit and they processed more then they said they would.I advised him this was fraud and misrepresentation.

I contacted my credit card company and put a dispute in, which we won and got the deposit back. Again I contacted Mr Baeza and said that I would need to send a registered letter advising we want to cancel the membership. We mailed him the letter and later contacting him advise it had been cancelled.

Well 3 years later we started getting threating, harrasing calls from Monterey Collection Srvs advising it was going to be reported to my credit, it did. I recently have contacted TransUnion and also put a dispute in, I recieved a letter advising it has been deleted off my credit. I wanted to obtain a description of how the investigation was conducted, I was advised I would need to contact Monterey Collection Srv again, I was connected to my so called representive Yvette, she again used profanity and called me all sorts of names. I advised her it has been removed from my credit, she denied it saying it was still showing open..People beware of Premier Holiday Vacations and Monterey Coll Srvs!
