Premier Management Associates Arthur Edwards Inc.Signature Property Group Breach of contract, evasive answers. Englewood Cliffs New Jersey

This company Arthur Edwards Inc. was hired to manage our building in December 2014. In January 2015, Arthur Edwards Inc. and Signature Property Group merged to what is now known as Premier Management Associates. 

In our initial meeting we were promised a web site where we could have access to our buildings information. That never materialised. We were told that is in the process of being done. Weeks went by with no answer.

Our emails went unanswered for weeks. We wanted to know what issues were being handled, and when we can schedule our next meeting. We had expired documents at the building, to which only one was renewed.

When we had a meeting, there were either no answers to our questions on the issues, or evasive answers given in a condesending tone. The meetings had a time limit of 7:30 p.m.-8:01 p.m.

Vendors were not properly notified of the change in management company.

It took 8 months to have a sign mounted at the building, and it was mounted in the back of the building. A second trip was required to re mount the sign in the correct location. We were charged for the sign and the work to mount it.

The board decided to terminate Arthur Edwards contract. Premier Management was sent a 90 day termination letter. After numerous email sent to Premier Management Associates, by our new management company, from November to December.

We had to get our Attorney involved to write a demand letter to turn over our money, files and keys over to our new management company. It took 104 days for Premier Management to do so.

Bills weren't being paid, and they collected their salary.

Look elsewhere for a competent management company. Unless you like a full time job to manage them.
