BEWARE to anyone looking for an online payday advance/loan because chances are you will be ripped off!

On May 03, 2012 I begin to search for a payday loan online and only because I was desperate at the time and could not find my updated ID or else I would have went to one in town. On that same day I had about 50 calls and probably more than 30 of those were from the middle east, however, I particularly remember one caller because they denied me and then called me right after and approved me for a much higher amount than what I originally asked for, from 818-475-0797; continued to get my information and told me that I would be getting an e sign in my email which of course I never did receive. Right after that phone call came in I received another phone call from 818-380-5710, it was a man with the same accent and told me congratulations with your loan; which was absolutely none of their business, so they broke a privacy law through a third party right there. He began to tell me a bout a credit card program and it said it would be automatically taken from my account every month. I continued to tell this man that I was not doing well financially obviously as I was just searching for a loan; I said no thank you and hung up on him. That was not the only unauthorized debit from my account., there was actually another one from Web money toolbox which I filed on scam book. On may 23rd this company PMC Called me back and told me that I would be credited back the money and asked me to please not report them and that they would definitely refund my money, Only because I threatened to get an attorney because I never received any information from them whatsoever and they did not have any kind of proof of the transaction even taking place.

Well it's been over a month and I still have not received any payment and I am sure I will not until I get an attorney and I had to close my bank account and reopen and new 1. Still to this day I have over 10,000 spam mail and even receive phone calls at 530 in the morning from other countries asking me if I would like a loan; by the way not only will payday loan companies call you, but everyone else that offers any other kind of loan will call you and email you constantly. My bank offered to refund my money of course but unfortunetly as I wrote before I could not find my identification card and I only had 5 days to get my paperwork notarized, kind of impossible when your broke to go get another ID. Please I plead with all of you whatever you do never seek an on line payday loan unless you're truly dying for it, it'll be one of those things in this lifetime you truly regret
