Premier one motor cars inc Liar, does not pay employee their compensation, does NOT service any cars prior to sales. Clearwater Florida

My name is Omar, was a prior employee, I have over 15 years in the auto industries, I have never seen a lack of professionalism And selling broken down cars.   

I worked there for about 2 month.  And the customer that I work with were very please with my service, even though some of them and I have remain in contact with. always advise customer to get the extended warranty.

Customer that needed repairs that I have put inwriting where refer to their other dealership in holiday  it was a happy customer until they got to that dealership.  Promise were broken and vehicle not fix, if they were fix, was not properly fix.

The owner Ron Berry has the attitude of a bully and arrogant as he refuse to pay my last week  payroll of a full work week worked there.

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED TO NO ONE.

He was expecting me to work 7 days a week, I refuse, as I worked 6 days an already was getting paid as minimum wage for the amount of hours worked.  

Cars are over price, the lack of knowledge of the owner over paying for the vehicles at auction then he expect top dollars for the sales people to sale vehicles and NOT services nor repair prior  be display for sales.

Always felt down as they talk down because of my accent and Hispanic heritage.

I been a car dealer owner, choose not to open the business due to health reason.
