Premier One ripoff Idaho Falls Idaho

My name is Stephanie,

I have been ripped off by Premier One as of July 5, 2002. The comapny stated that I would receive a credit card along with a welcoming packet that I never received. They drafted my account before it was supposed to have been drafted. I was told that I would get my money back. I have been told wait 14 business days since July 19, 2002, wll guess what it has been many 14 business days and I have not received a refund.

I feel that companies like these should be stopped and banned and sued against for false practices. Someone called me on October 24, 2002 and said that they were putting my check in the mail the next day, well it is November 18, 2002 and I have not received the check yet. I have since closed my account. I hope that this company gets sued to the fullest extent of the law, so people like you and I can get our money back.

The BBB has done nothing, they claim that they are consumer protectors, well were are they when we need them.
