Patrick Cioffi, Jr. was the CEO of Premier Partners Marketing until he put the business in his friend's name, Peter Vorrias, and began operating as Premier Products Distributing.
Cioffi has stiffed many of his vendors and investors He enters contracts, both written and oral, and does not honor them. He has left partners, vendors and investors hundreds of thousands of dollars in the hole
Investor/Vendor/employee beware. He lives in California (last known address: 11845 Mayfield Ave,301 LA, CA 90049) but uses his Boca Raton P.O. Box (A UPS Store) address for all business. He reportedly signs contracts on behalf of Premier Partners as head of the company but he has not been CEO for a couple of years. (Check www.sunbiz.org).
In addition, he conducted business with me while inebriated.
