Premier Pool and Spas Poor Workmanship and does not honor their own warranty Henderson Nevada

We  had our pool built in 2013 and it came with a 5 year surface warranty. The surface started to crack after the first year and the company has done nothing to fulfill the warranty. we have had several meetings, followed by a series of emails to the company. The Sales Person/Owner agreed to fix it three years ago and decided to wait until after the swim season. After the swin season he was contacted and we received no response after several attempts I received a text to submit the reqest to the warranty department, which I did and received no response. So I attempted to send an additional request for warranty service and recevied no response. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas in April of this year in which they responded with a copy of our signed contract plainly showing the warranty period. The Better Business Bureau closed the complaint without evnen looking or contacting us. They obviously did not even look at the warranty and check the date. I'm not sure which is worse. The Scam perputratd by Premier Pool and Spas or the lack of work looking into the matter by the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas. I guess membership has it's priviledges.
