I have recieved a bill for $155.00 for visiting a web-site in england i have never heard of and never visited. After recieving the bill I visited their web site and they said I downloaded a dialer. I never intenially downloaded any dialer, but did find one on my computer, but did find one afterwards and removed it. I informed them of this via e-mail but have yet to recieve any reply from them.

I now have recieved a bill from Telliss on my regular Quest bill for $61.69 plus tax for a 31 minute phone call to England, dated 10-28-04 the same date as the bill from Premier Premium. these dialer must be loaded through pop-ups or some other sneaky method. I have contacted Quest and they have removed the phone call charge from thier bill. I also contacted Telliss through USBI and they have issued me a one time "courtesy" credit, and placed ablock on my line.

I also informed Premier Premium of the phone charge removal and also informed them via e-mail that I filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC but still have not had a reply from them. These outfits (Premier Premium and Tellis) should be shut down for thier underhanded methods of ripping off unaware people.

Usbi backed off the foney telephone charges and i recieved a nasty letter from tellis, saying they are innocent and the charges were legitimate, and i should have paid them. they also removed the charges, but said they would not do business with me anymore, thank god.

I mailed all my unanswered e-mails along with their second bill, which i didn't pay, and told them i had no intentions of paying.

The mail was returned to me,3 weeks later, unopened with a post office tag on it that said something to the effect that they are not delivering mail to that address because of a federal violation of some postal law. this was the fortworth texas address.

I think that is the last i will hear fromj them. thank god again.
