Premier Publishing Inc Birmingham AL College Schedule printing for Advertising Rip Off Birmingham , Alabama

I was contacted by Erica Evans @ Premier Publishing around July to advertise on the 2013 University of Kentucky Wildcats Schedule with Murray State University on the reverse side. I paid a fee of 149.50 due on reservation with a balance of 149.50 due on publication. The balance was debited some time shortly after that, (around first of October). I have sent numerous emails to loripremierpub@yahoo.com with no responses. I did get a call answered the first time I called to complain when they did not arrive when they said they would before the first tip off. They appologised and said they would send me twice what they were going to send me to hand out individually and I would have the schedules before the next game. I said OK. Then when they did not arrive after the 4th game, I started calling again. I have called 24 or 30 times and get a recording that says they will call me back shortly. I have also left many emails to the afore mentioned account. Finally I found another # on the web (205-769-6340) and got in touch with a Michelle who did not know the last name of her supervisor (Lori) or the name of anyone above her. I have had no returned calls or emails orreceived the paid in full schedules.
