If I could give negative stars to someone that would be to Faran and Jahan Honardoost.

This two live around the area and Johan met my husband at the gym. My husband was in a lot of stress and Johan comes to him trying to help him to sell our house. I was out of the country while all this happened and believe when I came back to know a lot of ridiculous things they did.

At my return, with the economy collapsing and facing difficult times to afford a quality lifestyle people face the economy crash. Faran had put put home in the market and low and behold with such a low price in a great community there were more than a few people interested in buying.

When I came back to the house, after a couple of months, the walls were disgusting, it seemed that monkey were crawling over the walls. When I had asked my husband who have been in the house for being such a mess, he had said his realtor had open house.

It was until later I start with the doubts about this couple. After we sold the house, (Faran said SHE sold the house) my husband had asked for a date for us to move out. The house I was then going to rent was going to be available at the end of October but I had planned to stay for a month somewhere else. Well Faran calls on Thursday Sep 17th to tell my husband that we needed to be out of the house by next day.

My husband in such a disbelief says there is no way that could be possible and that he had asked her personally to be able to stay in the house for at least the end of September. Her response was that the closing date was on Sep 17th and the closing date was the date the house should have been vacant. Well my husband asked her what happened when I asked you for us to stay until Sep 30? She said she didnt put much attention to that because she was in a conference...

Well we DID move out, we hired movers that charged us 800 for the 4 or 5 hour service. I was upset, my husband was stressed out and now we had two moving expenses, One for that day and the other one for the day I was planning to move out originally.

If this was an small issue, Faran wanted to have a "meeting that weekend with Nima to explain things" guess what we were to freaking busy to have meetings. She and her husband Johan were going to the point A over and over again, explaining what the closing date meant. Well my husband unfortunately understood that and they simply couldn't let go.

When I sent her my email saying how bad of a job she had done and that she needs to put more attention to her clients and fix the problems instead looking for someone to blame she sent an email saying literally she had done a GREAT job. This is part of her email:
I just read your email I clearly understand where you are and I wish there was something I could do. I am sorry that you feel that way because I believe we did an EXCELLENT job

Well we finally took four days from work including weekend to be able to move out. My husband was planning to clean the house to deliver properly, well we did not even have the chance to do that. Faran did not even say I am sorry for OUR mistakes, how can we fix them? as a professional would do. As matter in fact I did talk to other real state agents that had put offers in our house and she did not even return their calls, what a nice agent!!!

She did not protect our property when she had open house. The neighbors were upset cause the whole block was a mess. All our personally property was in the house and she did not care to protect our personal belongings, I don't think she was able to follow them all, including their kids to make sure none of our stuff was taken.

She said she brought over 25 offers in a matter of a week, guess what Faran you did not bring them yourself, the reduced price of the house brought them. After the whole turmoil happened and me being a mad b***h she did not have the guts to come and apologize for whatever misunderstanding of any nature. She for the contrary snuck around my back to talk to my husband about the same issue we were trying to forget, for that she did have the nerve.

When we were packing our last items she came to our house, saying hello not even looking in the eye, that was my first time meeting her and she didn't even have the gut to stretch my hand to introduce herself, I am not sure if she was afraid of me or at this point she was shameful. Her husband Faran which is not a real state agent, certified anyways did come to our house one last time for us to sign a last document. When my husband asked him what was that form for he started with this same bullshit of the house closing date when I got confused I asked him what did that have to do with the signature request, he said nothing. Well they were stuck in the same d**n thing. Move on!!!

When he left, well he did not shake my hand nor my husband, actually he was stuttering quite a lot, I think he really lost the few b...s he had left. At the time they both left I was almost laughing, it was so ridiculous that was almost impossible to belief.

My husband and I shook hands and we were trying to move on with our lives and start new and fresh again, the worst was over now but one thing we did learn was that Johan had told my husband that short sales are always an ugly thing. I personally thing if they are that ugly why in the hell then try to deal with a friend? Well we both know that the only friend these two were after was the commission on the house. Real friendship my big cute butt!

I have asked my husband for the house key. Low and behold these people were calling him to ask for the key. The house was sold for under 300k below the market price and they couldn't afford a new set from Lowes. I called Johan and told him I could drop the key but wait a minute....they can come and get it if they wanted it.

Johan calls and he asks when can I drop the key because it was after 3:00 and they were out of the office by 5:45 Are you kidding me???

I left the key with some truths in an envelope for them to consider, including Customer service classes, they are actually very cheap compared to the amount of money they make. Besides I've heard that if you are going to do something for a living you might as well be good at it. I think they need to start selling kabobs in Mountain view, they would do better in that area.

In the other hand I think they do owes us money since I did provide my very unique psychology drills for them to practice in the mirror when they wake up. Saying I am sorry is not such a bad thing, rather you mean it or not, is worth to have a happy client that a pissed one. They said it takes 25 good things to make people forget one bad one.

Live and learn, have a good realtor experience, the one we had before Faran and Johan nightmare was wonderful!
