premier recovery group Triton ventures is it a scam Buffalo New York

This same thing happened to me just last week. Got a call Wednesday from this company stating I did an online loan back in 2008 online for $600 but I owe $800 now due to interest and late fees. The first woman that I spoke to was very rude.... talking over me and just out right rude. So I hung up on her. I spoke to a Donald and started asking him questions and he couldn't really answer. He turned me over to a Mr. Monty who told me he would lower the payment down to $640 and I would have to make 4 payments of $160. Thinking that this could be something that may be my ex did I set up the plan. Well thank god for my mother being my detective I found out that there were other people that said this company did the same to them, for the same amount as me. They have an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau.  So I called back Friday morning and started asking don all kinds of qiestions. How did they get my number (cause it is not in my name) what is the name of the company and phone number. He transfered me right to Mr Monty again. I told Mr Monty that I was recording the call which did not make him happy. I asked him how he got my number? That I had changed my number 9 months ago and it isn't in my name so how did he get it? Couldn't answer. I told him I want the name and phone number of the company this so called online loan was from. He said he couldn't give me that. I reminded him the call was being recorded so if they wanted to take me to court to go ahead. That I have proof that they would not give me information when asked that they should have if they are collecting. He got upset with me and said that he will just remove them from their system and that he would contact the company and tell them that they can just deal with me. I said "So it is ok for you to call them but I cant? And I am the one that owes them money??" I all so told him that he will refund me the money they took from me the day before and he had stated it would be back in my account within 24 hours. Reminded him again the call was being recorded so if it isn't that I would be the one taking them to court for fraud. I don't see how these people can sleep at night. 

Don't ever give your information out to anyone unless they can supply you with a company name, account number and phone number. Call that company and ask who they use as collections. I can promise you that they won't be able to give you that.  And by the way, my money is back into my account. I have changed my number and had to get a new debit card. 

You are not the only one that they have scammed and if I can help others so it doesn't happen then I will do whatever I can.
