This company called my cell several times and would not leave a message. They then resorted to calling me on my job. I told the associate the first time not to call me back at my job. They have since called about 6 times. I have sent them 2 cease communication letters. After receiving the first one the associate again called from an unlisted number from my job because I had called from that number to request the removal of my work number. She screamed at me "Pay your Bill" over and over.
I finally (hopefully) contacted a supervisor and filed a complaint against this employee. That is when I sent the second cease communication letter. Hopefully this will be the end of it but for some reason I doubt it.
