I Started working for Premier Transportation in 04/2005 Quit after being hurt on the job 03/2007 .I decided to get a copy of my DAC and found listed on 04/22/2005 Premier claiming I was involved in a preventable accident on the Record it is listed I Hit a Pedestrian in Secaucus, NH.
I have never ever been in this state my whole trucking career nor hit anyone for the record.It is listed as no injury , no fatalities, and not Dot Recordable this is a nightmare.
This was put on my DaC Record after I choose to quit verses fight over a injury caused by unloading freight. Premier filed this on 03/15/2007. It is wrong that your career could be over in one false report.
I am very upset with them try to ruin my career
