I received a call from Premier Cancun Vacation company. A guy tried to sell a travel package including travel to Cancun and a Bonus Destinations to Orlando. He continued talking more than 10 min and didn't let me to call later or think about it. I told him I will let him know my decision later but he insisted, and he began explaining everything again, the he ask his coworker to talk to me he explained every details. At the time of purchase, I told the seller agent that I am not a US citizen and my travel visa is expired, so I can't go outside US to Cancun.

he told he understands and he will try another option for my special case. He told me I can go to Florida instead. I definitely asked him several times to make sure he understand that I want to travel only inside US, He totally assured me that it is what I want. I told him I want to consult and will call back, he refused and insisted me to stay on the phone then again repeated everything and promised he would provide any accommodations for my special case. I asked him several times, that if I can cancel the package and get my money back and he assured me that yes!

After that, since I made sure that he is giving me what I said and , I have the right to cancel if I dont want it, I gave them the credit card information. After they emailed the purchase receipt I noticed that, again its desination is to Cancun, although i told them I don't want that. I called them again, another agent picked up and told me i can't change the package destination, and i can't cancel it!!! I called them several other times, they completely refuse to do what the first agent promised.

After several months, I got sure that I would not be able to travel there and I called to cancel my package. The agent told me there isn't any way that I can cancel my package and get my money back, and I should go to Cancun and it's a prerequisite to be able to go to Florida!!! I told him what the previous agent promised me. I told him I can't renew my visa , and I am going back to my country in 3 months. There were a lot inconsistency in the agents words! How should I believe them?

I found a lot scam reports about this company in the internet... I want my money back, Otherwise I will complain against them, and file a scam/fraud report. I want to cancel my package and get my money back. because I am not able to go there, and I will not stay any longer in US.
