I ordered radio from this company and paid extra 22 dollars for fast shipping. Their web site claimed "In most case though if you have placed your order before 2 P.M. Central Standard Time it will be shipped the same day" Took them 8 days to ship after i had sent 3 emails and they finnaly responded to 1 and said it was shipped the day before but shipped it the same day. I called their phone number day and night all week (no answer and no message service as claimed on web site. Phone 320 230-0794 . Finnaly the radio arrived, and it worked about three times then quit. I sent e mails to get a return autrorization and have called and called to no avail. Guess I am out 272 dollars. But I will endeavore to warn all you at as many sites and report this company to as many agencys as I can so some won't lose their money to this company that makes false statements and sells defective products.

Well the crook never replied to my e mail, but protested the return of my money by my credit card company and they gave it back to him. A honest person can't win with these crooks nowadays. I tried another e-mail and called but no answer and no reply. I said I was done with this but now I am on a mission. Glad that I drive a eighteen wheeler, only a matter of time before I get a load to his town and can make a personnel visit and he will have one very bad day.

Your Web site is not working, I assume you have closed your business and are probably in jail due to your illegal activity. Anyway, My credit card company has issued me credit for the radio I purchased from you, that quit working and you failed to reply to e-mails are phone calls for warranty on it (AS YOUR WEB SITE ADVERTISED) . I finally returned it to Cobra for extensive repair. Got it back a couple of weeks ago and it still has a problem with short in meter. Since I have my money back, and believe myself, unlike you ,to be a honest person, I want to return it to you at your expense of course. Please reply as to how and where you want this radio returned to you at your expense. This purchase from you has been a total aggravation for me and has consumed a large amount of my time. I am out 20 bucks for sending it to Cobra for repair and should tell you to KMA but the man upstairs is watching so I feel obligated to return it to you and chalk this up to a lesson learned. Ill give you a week to reply then my dealings with you are done done done.

Most items purchased from us are covered under our 30-day warranty radios however come with a 90-day warranty through Premiere Electronics. After our warranty period is up you can either send the radio to the manufacturer, for repair under their warranty or have it repaired at a shop. If you opt for the second choice we recommend you send it to: http://www.export-radio-repair.net this is a division of Premiere Electronics, so you can count on quality work and fast turn around time. Before you send an item to us for warranty repair you must obtain a RAN or return authorization number. Any merchandise sent without one will be refused. This is for your protection as well as ours. We maintain the right to refuse any equipment that we believe has been damaged by negligent operators, improper connections or serviced by an unauthorized repair center.

You are responsible for paying the shipping to us and we pay the shipping back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS! An item that is in for warranty repair is usually fixed with in two to three weeks, but we can offer no guarantees. Please do not call everyday to check on it either, we are very busy as it is and this only slows the process down even more.
