Premiere Parking USA Nick, Obed Diaz, employees forced valet option,drove 50 miles, crashed my car, burglurized contents, wont repair damage! Tampa Florida

I went to my sons wedding in indiana, Flying out of Tanpa I left my car at Premiere Parking because they advertisesd parking and valet services, I did not want valet specifically and I wanted a secure lot. They advertised cameras and fencing and lighting, all this security. when I got there they refused to let me park my own vehicle!

now stuck for time i had no choice. scrambling to secure my personal items since I had no intention of leaving the keys so I Had to hide my gun very well and hid the clip seperate from the gun and the ammo I put in the trunk under the tire.

When I returned to pick up my car there was another customer getting very vocal about the damage to his vehicle,at that time I started to inspect my vehicle for damage, OH YES, and 50 miles on the odometer, upon further inspection my weapon was gone , the clip was gone, the ammo was gone. My sd cards  and change was gone, my car looked like the day I drove it off the lot, empty!

These people had the keys and the car locks itself when you walk away, THIS WAS AN INSISDE JOB! They cleaned my personal effects out, they damaged my car, they stole from me and they refuse to take any responsibility. They stand behind thier disclaimer not responsible for personal items left in the car, and no claims recognized unless made at the time the car is delivered! I made my claim when the car was delivered. I even called the sheriff!

  Three cruisers came to investigate because there was others. But I insisted they give me a damage report from the lot operater while the police were there!  These people have no respect for other peoples property, Approx 2500 in damages, not counting the personal loss and the aggravation. This company is all over the internet on mutliple boards with complaints for everything and I dont understand how they stay in business or how the city or county allows them to stay in business! 

Once you leave the lot they simply ignore you and your phone calls, first they take your calls and insist everything id fine and will be taken care of, then they get creative and transfer you to others,stop returning your calls and hope you will just give up because they wont do anything! I called for two months every other day taking notes with dates and times , but they never had any intention of making it right.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT PREMIERE PARKING USA,  Save the aggravation!!

I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of Florida and continue to warn people every chance I get about this crooked company, Nobody should have to go through this! False advertising, and they use your car for joyriding!
