I like many others received a bill on 11/15 for $360.00 for calls made to the same UK # and for the same time. I had been having trouble with AOL for a number of weeks and believe the virus/spyware was my problem. AOL saays that even if you are not on-line they can use your #. You should disconnect the line when not using internet service. I expect further bills from the period of 10.28 to 11/15. I got my AOL record and it showed I was not on-line when the calls were made.
I have filed reports with the NH Better Business Bureau and the NH Attorney General Consumer Protection Bureau. I wrote Premiere and told them I would seek legal action against them if necessary. Now I'll have to do the same with the long distance carrier.
