Consigned 2 of my props over 8 months ago. They both sold. I was paid for one item but was told the other item the buyer refused to pay. The buyer claimed he didn't win. Hmm. That sounds familiar with a past auction I had. The item went back up on their next auction and it sold for $3000. I still have not seen this money. My last reply from them was Sorry you've had such a bad experience. Really! Then they won't reply to my emails since I told them I was filing small claims.

 Don't not trust or consign with this company. Do not talk to Tom Greene, he will bore you with stories of when he was a failed tv show writer.

Is it possible to get a class action lawsuit together since so many people have had complaints or has anyone filed criminal charges with local police for fraud.

Premiere props Tom Green Some of my items were sold on there Sept 2013 and Dec 2014. I have tried numerous times to contact them to have the money sent to me but unfortunately all my emails and phone calls has gone unanswered. I was working with Tom Green. It is really sad that this company is still in business. El Segundo California
