Premium Crickets has absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. I ordered some crickets for our new pet bearded dragon. I had left 3 messages and also sent an email about some general questions (I'm a first-time customer). It's been a week and no one has responded to any of my messages. On top of that, I believe I was ripped off - my order of 500 crickets only looked to be about 200 crickets (including the dead ones). So Premium Crickets was quick to get my money, but doesn't care about running a good and decent business. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere to get my crickets.

I ordered some crickets for my bearded dragons and when they arrived half of the trickets were smashed. I called the company but not no body answer after 3 days i sent an email and a lady named allison answered. She stated that she will replaced my order to let her know when i was ready. I told her i needed them since they were dead and i needed the crickets. She said thats fine and minutes later i got an invoice when i asked she stated that she replaced my order of crickets but she added $2 for winter packaging and i was responsible for the shipping. I found that insulting because i didnt think i was responsible for the shipping. That was on 1/2/14 i paid her but i told her that i was not going to buy from them again. That week i didnt heard anything from them and i sent an email she told me that she was going to ship on monday 1/6/14 to receive wednesday 1/8/14 still no crickets. I called no answer i left a vm and i got a text message stating that they didnt ship on monday they will ship today. This company is a riff off dont buy from them.
