I have bought many vehicles in my life time from over 10 dealerships I've never been treated the way I have been treated at this place definitely do not come here they will rip you off they sold me a vehicle with bad tires only about two weeks life left on them. I then called the dealership and presented my issue to them. I spoke to a Maria which is supposed to be the manager she started accusing me of changing the tires. I let her know that what they did is illegal. Dealerships are not supposed to sell a vehicle with bad tires, it's a safety hazard. Maria told me then why did I wait more than two months to come back to them and said I must've changed the tires. And kept accusing me and calling me a liar. She was very unprofessional and never return my calls. If you are looking for a vehicle go to another dealership. Definitely do not come here they will rip you off .they don't care at all . All they're trying to do is sell you a car, after that they don't care what happens to you.

Yes

Yes I still have a question, the same question it has been there since the first post.  Please provide the SPECIFIC law that states it is illegal.

You now have 3 dealer friends who tell you it is illegal.  Yet instead of posting the actual law, you have only resorted to name calling.

You claim your brother won a claim against a dealer. The only thing I get from that is that your family apparently has a history of not looking over the condition of a car before you buy it.

Anyways, until you post the specific law this will be my last post on this since it is uselsess to continue to go around in circles, and expect you to post anything specific to help your claim.

I know for a fact it’s against the law, my brother a few years ago filed a claim against a dealer for the same issue and won the claim. Any other questions you scumbag?

How original

You really think your last "comeback" was original?

The only thing that proved is that there is no such law, and instead of just admitting that you may have been in error you figure you would try to negate what was said by attacking the poster..not the post.

Yes California back up that law. I have over 3 dealer friends so I know what I am taking about. You’re dealership is scum low lives and I won’t stop until you’re completely shut down. You are wrong

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

If the vehicle was sold "As-Is" and you obviously had the opportunity to inspect the tires(it's hard to miss 4 big black round objects attached to the car) then you could have been well aware of the condition of them BEFORE you bought the car. Whether or not you did inspect them, or you made a "mistake" doesn't negate this.

Unlike other states that may requires some sort of "Safety Inspection", in CA there is no "Safety Inspection" or sticker required for cars that would have to certifiy the tires are a certain condition.  So sorry but there is no law that says a you can't be sold a car with "bad" tires.  If you can show otherwise then please post the specific law here.

Your only other recourse would be is if you have something in writing from the dealer that either provides a warranty for the tires, or somehow asserts that the tires are sold in a certain condition.

The other issue you have is time.

they sold me a vehicle with bad tires only about two weeks life left on them.....Maria told me then why did I wait more than two months to come back to them

Evn IF there was some sort of law, in two months it becomes very hard if not impossible to prove what condition the tires were sold in, and sorry to say that the dealer was right, that those were even the tires that were on the car when you got them.  Yes, it would be unlikely for you to switch them out..but not impossible. You also can't use any "safety" argument because if they were sold to you with only "two weeks" of life left...you didn't seem to concerned about it letting it go another month and a half.

I'm not saying that if they did sell the car in this condition that they should, I'm saying they can sell it and as the consumer it is YOUR responsibility to make sure what you are getting.

Bad Tires

AUTHOR: Ghiath - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, March 31, 2018

Yeah it was me and everyone makes mistakes which explains your parents having sex and giving birth to you . Someone who judges people without knowing anything.you must have a lot of time on your hands. The Point is it’s ilegal for a dealership to sell a car with bad tires. So no it’s their fault for selling it like that. Go learn laws before commenting. Just because someone doesn’t notice something or doesn’t know it doesn’t give anyone a right to break the law.

This Is A Joke, Isn't It?

AUTHOR: Perry Mason - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, March 31, 2018

WHO was the person who bought the car? It was YOU! Did YOU even bother to check the car out? It was YOU who accepted the car with bad tires and YOU who signed a purchase contract to buy this car with its EXISTING bad tires! Now you come here to cry, whine, wail and stomp your feet like a little baby because YOU failed to even look at this car BEFORE you agreed to purchase it! Oh yes...it's all their fault, isn't it? Before you waste your time, let me save you the effort. Don't bother to say "you must work for them"...because I don'
