BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a trial bottle of Premium Garcinia from this company, from their website, for 4.95.  There were no terms or conditions to agree to, only a " rush order" button to click.  I received the confirmation of 4.95 invoice, in my email, and received the product a couple weeks later.  The package had no invoice, or any information at all, NOT any terms or conditions.  I was completely unaware, and not informed that 2 weeks later my debit card would be charged 75.68 for the purchase.  I filed a dispute with my bank, who credited the charges pending further investigation. 

3 months after this purchase, I received in the mail today1/15/15, a very thick packet, including a letter from my bank stating that I had lost the dispute, because of paperwork that this company gave them.  This stack of paperwork is filled with fraudulent invoices, and claims that I agreed to their terms(which were not posted anywhere on the website at time of purchase or otherwise).

 I then contacted my bank, to continue the dispute, and was informed that all the merchant has to do is claim that the customer received or read their terms of agreement, and federal law protects the merchant.  Even though I have an email invoice that clearly shows the agreed to amount at the time of purchase.  Some of the paperwork turned in by this merchant to my bank does not even have my correct address on it.  

My bank claims its hands are tied,  and this company is running wild stealing from whom they wish.  

This company changes websites regularly, and is a scam operation. The merchant knows the internet business laws well, and how to maneuver the loopholes.  They are stealing money from  that was not in any way authorized, for them to take.  Thieves, liars, & bottom feeding scam artists.
