Premium Incentives Group The free cruise promised is NOT free!! Atlanta, Georgia

The free cruise promised in the presentation is not free as promised! When you receive the voucher, nowhere on it does it say free as pointed out by Premium Incentives Group. Although when I inquired about it though email during the early stages of the process, I was assured I only had to pay port fees and taxes.

After I sent them $19.95 for processing, then $100 for a deposit, I choose a date for the cruise. Finally about 28 days before my scheduled cruise date they contacted me to let me know the "free cruise" was going to cost $686.00 per person! I could have booked it cheaper myself!

When I inquired as to why it was so expensive when I knew the port fees and taxes for this specific cruise were only $135.10, they informed me it was the cruise fee. When I asked why there was a cruise fee when it was suppose to be free as promised by the company putting on the presentation they informed me nowhere on the registration form does it say free. It says cruise away getaway.

Don't waste your time going though the process, it took several months but I finall got the $100 deposit back, but they don't refund the $19.95 registration fee.
