On March 28, 2003, Premium One Credit Maching Service Co. in New York City took $239 out of my checking account to cover credit card fees for 10 years for five credit cards which I would be approved for with a $1,500 minimum credit line. I was also to receive a gift certificate for a free satilite dish with 2 hookups for my application. (what they said was a $650 value). I could also sell this gift certificate if I wanted to someone who would like to buy a Dish.

After numerous calls and speaking only to the receptionist (and never any call backs to me from the management - Mike, Paul), and always hearing that my package was in the mail. I asked for a refund of my $239 throughout the months I was calling since I had never received my package. During that time, twice I was told I would get my refund since they kept sending me a package and I was nver getting one back! Then I was told I could NOT get a refund.

On Sept. 19, (6 months later, I finally received what they called a "package". This package was a blue folder with a Premium One logo. Inside was a very bad photocopy of a large list of banks with phone numbers and rates and credit limits to call to apply for a card. Also in the folder were other scam deals to acquire credit other than the one they offered me!Meanwhile I called a few of these banks with no guarantee of being approved for a credit card and they did not require an annual fee if I was approved.

I never got my gift certificate either!
