Prepaid Visa Rushcard UniRush, LLC refuses to refund my account i needed for medical purposes cincinnati, Ohio

Had a medical facility refund 4700.00 to my rushcard.  We faxed all necessary forms to rushcard.  Was told they were received and would be processed in 3-5 days.

Days went by did not receive refund.  Needed this money to fund necessary medical operation.  Called over 50 times company had no compassion at all.  customer service acted like they would help but nothing ever came of it.  emal response was not any help either.  response was like computer never really addressing my questions but always bringing up other items that made no sense. 

I told them i wanted my funds put back on my account now.  They said "Oh we thought you meant you wanted your funds on our new accountNow card. I said no I mean now as in immediately. 

another time it was your account is in dispute.  I said how is that, I never requested it.   another time it was like we are investigating for fraud. I said really, why didnt you tell me.  Its always a convienent excuse putting blame on the customer so they wont have to refund the money.  It bizzare.  I have to have a baby from date rape that I did not want to have.  Now I have no choice.

They pray on poor  uninformed uneucated individuals and keep their general officers and company headquarters hidden from normal searches.  However, if you go to the state corporation commission for Ohio, you will find them under UniRush, LLC

Upon further investigation, you can view the certificate for the officer who signed the business license.  I have included the company headquarters phone number. They answer the phone as a debt collection company. However, if you hit 0, the rushcard division will answer.  You can ask for extension 117.. thats customer service manager

Her name is Kim Kenny.   I find her useless

The only way to deal with this company is to go to your local court and swear out a warrant in debt for the chief officer to appear in your local court.  You can do this yourself.  You can also, as I am going to do, try to make them pay for punitive damages.

PLease let me know if you cannot find the chief officer's name and i will be happy to send you his name to you.

I am sharing tis information as I know many of you have tried in vain to call their remote calling centers located who knows where staffed by individuals who really dont care at all or those who have written endless emails to the same.

THey also have an office in New York and I would be happy to provide that number and address to anyone who wants it.

However, as I say, even calling directly to the headquarters has been not much help

they need to be brought before the judge and held responsible for actions
