 when you donate plasma a octopharma plasma location your funds for your donation is put on a citi bank prepaid Visa. This company takes your money if transaction is denied. I donated to pay a bill. Because the Citi bank could not get money for the transaction it was denied. I called customer service and they told me the card needed to be reactivated. I don't know what they did but it still didn't go through. But the representative told me several times to try again by reswiping the card. So the customer service person told me to go to an ATM so that they can get their bank fee for the transaction. I finally went to the ATM but what Citibank person failed to tell me that Everytime I reswiped it charged me 50 cents. I don't have money that's why I donate. Please someone stop this injustice
