PREPAREMYDOCUMENTS DOCPREP123 Lied, ripped me off, Wilmington, Delaware

this company is fraud, they charged me upfront for their services stating they would fully guarantee the fee 100% if was denied and turned down by my lender. So I was denied and I called their office and they asked me to send over the denial letter and I did and haven't heard from them since, they never return my calls or my emails,  I have also come to find out that they are not in Wilmington Delaware, they are located in an office in Newport Beach California. I am writing this report to let everyone know that PREPAREMYDOCUMENTS is a ripoff company, do not fall for their B.S. Since then I have found out that the so called NPV TEST (net present value) doesn't cost you anything, all their doing is filling out your paperwork and charging you thousands of dollars to do something you can do on your own or go through a non profit organization like HOPE. I will be reporting this to the State Attorney Generals Office as well as to the Better Business Bureau so that more and more distressed homeowners like myself are not taken advantage of.
