PrepLogic advertises a free voucher for a IT exam when you order their testing product. I ordered over the phone and the sales agent told me I had a year to use my voucher BUT I had to wait 30 days before I could actually use it?? Didn't make alot of sense to me but I believed him.

Well when I just recently tried to renew the voucher they told me I had a deadline that had already expired. Apparently I have to redeem the voucher within 90 days not 1 year. If you ask anyone on the phone they will tell you 1 year. This voucher is $155 that goes toward very expensive exams and they advertise if you buy their $99 product they will give you this for free and you have a year to use it. This is not the case.

It looks like they are hoping people will wait a little bit longer so they do not have to honor the offer.

All I would like is what they originally offered and what all of their "spam" emails offer....a free voucher to take an IT exam since I bought their product. Apparently I did have the voucher but only for a short period. I just would like it back. That seems like a fair deal.

And the way they spam their offers is horrible and when I actually got the credit card system to work it charged me multiple times.

Other test sites are out there. Dont use PrepLogic

Hi Kevin, I think I understand where the confusion may have come from. I think there may have been confusion between voucher numbers and gift card numbers. Vouchers are issued by Prometric or VUE to use at their test centers, and we simply resell them. They are what you need on test day to take your exam. Vouchers do in fact have a one-year expiration from the day we purchase them. When we sell them to you, we guarantee that they have between six months and a year until they expire.

What we included with the purchase of a practice exam was a PrepLogic gift card, which you could redeem for an exam voucher on our web site. We asked you to wait 30 days before requesting a gift card so that you could take the time to really use and make the most of your practice exam. After receiving your gift card, you had a full three months to use it on our website to redeem it for your voucher.

Again, it appears that there was a simple misunderstanding. You thought you had your voucher when what you had was a gift card. You just missed a step. You just had to use your gift card to get your voucher. Yes, your gift card is expired now, but if you contact customer service they'll be able to straighten everything out. I know our top notch customer service team was able to fix your billing issue as well. Sometimes buttons are accidentally clicked twice at some point in the ordering process, and the system receives the order more than once.

At PrepLogic, customer service is a top priority. We believe it is our customer service that sets us apart from our competitors. We strive to do the best we can in meeting the needs of our customers, but we're not perfect either. If we make a mistake, or even if a customer isn't completely satisfied with their experience, we want to make things right.

If you ever need to reach us, you can always get in touch with us by visiting preplogic.com/support, or by calling us at 1-800-418-6789.
