PreShop Premadonna; Waist Gang; Kim Kardashian; Kloe Kardashian Waist Gang Waist Cincher is a Waste of Money Internet

I just wanted to give out a warning with regard to this so-called "company".  It was recently praised by Kim and Kloe Kardashian.  The product being sold is a waist training garment and the sales person goes by the name of PreMadonna.

Back in early August, 2014, I ordered 2 different sizes from this woman; one for myself and one for my daughter.  The plan was to wear the garments while working out to burn more fat (we ordered the latex) kind - I paid $293 for two garments, plus S&H and tax.

The first item arrived relatively fast within a week; however, it is now the end of September and I have still not received the other item ordered.  This woman never answers her phone.  She does not answer by email.  The only correspondence I have received from this woman is one text message after my initial contact with her by text.  She indicated that she would "look into the matter" and I've heard nothing more.

Thank God that the payment was processed through PayPal!  I needed some kind of insurance when dealing with an unknown company and PayPal is always my go-to method of payment.

I pleaded with this woman to contact me or refund my money.  No answer other than the one text message.  This is extremely unprofessional.  I have already contacted PayPal and launched a full investigation into obtaining my refund.  This is not how you conduct a reputable business.  And the bad thing about it is her competitor, 1800cinchers.com sells the same product for waaaay less money (didn't know this at the time of sale)!  I could have purchased 4 . . . that's right . . . . 4 ... for what I paid to this scam artist.

it really pisses me off that she is scamming people by dropping the Kardashian name.  The name didn't persuade me to purchase; the texture of the material and her You Tube video did.  And oh, good Lord . . . she claims to be a Christian.  And???  Christians fall short every day. This is a Black-owned business.  That pisses me off, too!  You want someone to do business with you but you have not done your homework on having great customer service skills, marketing skills and a business plan -- all you want to do is get money. 

For anyone out there who is considering using PreMadonna, I don't care how small her waistline is, it is not worth the headache of waiting to hear back and possibly never receiving your product.  I checked with PayPal today, September 22, 2014, and she hasn't even responded to their attempts to get in touch with her.  What a shame.

From now on; I don't care if you are Jesus selling Sweet Tea, I am checking for reviews and complaints against the company and the products sold.
