Presidential Pools Incomplete and incompetent services Virginia Beach Virginia

  Contracted  to have my  pool opened with full service - remove and clean cover and store, nfilter and spray-clean grates (Hayward DE-60), add necessary chemicals, vaccuum bottom and clean walls (inground with vinyl liner), install stairs and rails, etc.  The "crew" that showed up was 2 men, the leader - a surley foul tempered - and an assistant who seemed to be experiencing his first swimming pool.  The work was started but then left for a week with an open-ended return date.  Calls to the "office" were seen as an annoyance and to date, no additional work has been done.

  AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS.  It will save you money and a lot of frustration.
