Pressed Right LLC Pressed Right LLC received full payment and never delivered the product Riverside California

Pressed Right LLC is the Cold-pressed juicer manufacturer. They took a full payment and promised to ship the machine to Hong Kong. They never shipped the unit either pick up the phone nor reply our email.

Nick was the sales guy and accepted a downpayment. We was thinking about cancel the order after a settlement of downpayment. However, Nick has convinced us to take the machine and claimed that the machine already packed and reserved to us. He said that the machine is also ready to be sent to Hong Kong. So we have no choice but fully settled the final payment by wire transfer in Sep 2015 for (USD 15500). After that we have tried to rearch them by phone or email or voice message but no reply at all. Nick and the owner Robert Szutz disappeared completely. We also found other companies the were robbed by Pressed Right, they also filed a report in here, they odered and full paid for the machines and never got it. I really need to bring a legal action againest this company and hope to get in touch with other victim for the joining legal action
