Being scammed by Pressler & Pressler - Sheldon, Lee and Carol Pressler? Lee & Carol own New Century Financial Services which is a sham for Pressler & Pressler. Here's what you can do to end their financial terrorism for profit against you.

1. Go to http://www.ic3.gov -- FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center and file a complaint. The option to select: Money - Someone is claiming to have something you need and wants money. Pressler & Pressler is basically using EXTORTION to remove the fraudulent claim, vacate judgement and remove item from credit report.

2. Go to your state Attorney General's Office and file a complaint. You can either use their form or fax details of your Pressler & Pressler experience to your local Attorney General Office. The New York State Attorney General's Office has also initiated a complaint against Pressler & Pressler. Lee Pressler owns New Century Financial Services which is a front for Pressler & Pressler because Pressler cannot initiate the lawsuit against you. In my case, Pressler & Pressler scoured public records of an unnecessary bankruptcy that was never completed, then pounced on the public records information and pretended to represent one of the banks. Unknown to them the bankruptcy never continued because the account was insured and the debt also belonged to someone else. The item from New Century Financial Services is now on my credit report (which is punitive damages to me), and New Century Financial Services is owned by Lee & Carol Pressler, brother & sister-in-law of Sheldon Pressler. Each time I contacted Pressler & Pressler to determine how NCFS came into ownership of the account, the question was deflected to "we have a valid judgement against you" (told that by Frank Petulo and Larry McDermott). They're assuming the judgement obtained under false pretenses makes their fraud "money laundered" or clean. AGAIN, I cannot stress enough: go to www.ic3.gov and file a complaint.
