Prestige Gold Buyers Goldster Complete Scam Artists Internet, Florida

My story is very similar to the ones that have been previously reported.
I heard about them through Inbox dollars. I contacted Prestige Gold Buyers and they immediately sent out my shipping package. I mailed them jewerly back in July 2011.
They have never contacted me via the internet, phone or by mail. I have called them over 10 times and emailed them over 6 times. Each time that I called, I spoke with the same person (Chip). The person on the phone could not help me, but would email customer service and they would contact me. Yea right!!  Now the phone has been disconnected and the website is all but down.
How can these people lie to everyone DALIY??  They are definately cut from a different cloth. I would like to pursue legal action if I knew how.
