Please beware of Dov Stark (formally Dov Israel) who owns Prestige Homes Development Inc. based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida under General Contractor License CGC1507249. This man will do whatever it takes to avoid paying you!
He has been hiding behind businesses and company names including changing his last name to avoid paying a filed Florida Judgment. He is now building multi million dollar big homes in the Fort Lauderdale around Las Olas using private lending to construct them and then using his Florida Sales Associate license SL675942 to sell the properties under a Charles Rutenberg Brokergae locally. It is public record that he is closing on transactions under his personal name but failing to pay his judgement. This is a person that will avoid you and will do what it takes to not pay. We have provided him with multiple attempts to work this out with no return response from him or his company.
People like this should not be able to hide and conduct business. Beware and don't get burned!!
