Take it from me, Prestige Management Services LLC in Edwardsville, Illinois, is a place NOT to be dealt with.  The product is FAKE and the management/ownership is difficult, to say the least.

I worked at Prestige and during my time there I was mortified at what I witnessed.  In the beginning, it sounded great.  The product sounded useful and I undoubtedly felt good about what I was doing.  About a week into the job, I noticed a lot of complaints coming in and being brushed under the rug in order to "make them go away."

"Undelivered services" and "unreachable leads" were common place in emails and phone calls made by angry, outraged customers.  The product, sales leads for insurance agents and financial advisors, are made to sound great over the phone.  "Scrubbed from the DNC, people with over $100,000 in assets, people with expiration dates in the next 2 months, all within a 25 mile radius of the customer" are just a few of the lies told in their scripted pitch.

The leads, as most find out, are not scrubbed and the people being called do not meet the qualifications, if they even exist.  The replacement policy turns up the same story.

Sure, they can give you agents and advisors that have had success. There is no denying that, but I guarantee most will get the same handful of names because those are the only ones lucky enough to have made money.

"You're obviously not good at your job if you can't make money off of these leads," is the reponse you will get if you complain and want a refund.  But, then they take advantage of trusting souls by getting their "experienced lead/appoinment setters" from Interactive Strategies to get 5% return and appointments with "real, interested" people.

These appointment setters are anything but "experienced." How could they be when the turnover rate in that department is so high? I routinely saw new hires weekly during my time there.

The sales people there really are not bad people and truly are trying to make a living.  Most are just brainwashed into believing in a false product.

The rebuttal I have seen from the owner to similar posts like this is "unsuccessful people always complain when they can't get the job done." "Sounds like a cry baby who couldn't hack it." If that is his standpoint, then so be it. I know the truth and I hope this post helps you realize it as well.

Systematic Slave Lobor

AUTHOR: Jay Guthrie - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 16, 2015

I just got my first taste of Systematic Slave Labor Prestiege Management/ Interactive Strategies hired me about 2 weeks ago promised 1 week of training and then 10 dollars an hour, I was fired on the first day of my 3rd week. Basically getting 7.75/hour worth of work out of my for 2 weeks. Never will I be abused by a company of any sort I will from now on pay attention and take heed to the warnings friends and family give, Time to be less money hungry and more receptive...

Side note the training will be done by Reese and she is a major b***h she will be nicest fat lady youve ever met but be late one time or not have any appointments she will curse you out in front of everyone constantly insulting your inteligence etc. Matt the manager had a meeting while I was there brought all of the women in the company in there s***** meeting room and literally yelled at the top of his voice threatening the women in there to expose who clogged the womens bathroom. Actually offering the people 500 dollars cash to tell on the person who did it, also he said if you did it and you confess he would give you 250 cash. This is a very demeaning place to work and you constantly have to keep a fake smile on your face because the contract you sign states you can be teminated WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE I was terminated due to low productivity. Basically IF you want to be BROKEN DOWN BY A COMPANY AND BE PAID LESS THAN THE STATE MINUMUM WAGE PLEASE SIGN UP TO WORK FOR PRESTIGE MANAGEMENT !!!! OH AND IF YOU DONT PAY YOUR TAXES AT THE END OF THE YEAR THE IRS WILL PUT YOU UNDER THE JAIL!!!!

Wrong About The Call Center

AUTHOR: Smiling Sally - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 14, 2015

I read your report about Prestige Management. I agreed with everything you were saying. Until I got to you comment about the appointment setters in the call center having no experience because of their revolving door. I used to work in the call center. We had some very good, experienced people in there who thought they were actually going to be making the appointments they told us we could. We were constantly being told it was out fault that there were so little appointments made, when in fact the lists we are given to call are nothing but crap. They claim they people on these lists are suppose to fit certain qualifications, when in fact we might as well as have been dialing random people out of the phone book. We could not make appointments for a financial advisor with people who only have their disability check as their only income and no other savings. Everything there was a secret. We couldn't kniw what the sales people told the clients. We would only find out the outlandish promises made AFTER we would call them to let them know we were making calls for them. The "difficult" customers who wanted to know what their money was going towards since there was no "quality" appointments made? They could call and leave messages, and never get the courtesy of a call back. Then the people in the call center calling them would get yelled at because nobody called them back. And the cycle would just continue until the customers just gave up, and then their file would be pushed to the side. I mean, they got their money, weren't making anymore noise, so why bother, right? Now, if there was anything that I did not agree with, it was the was they did the calling. They did what they called "team calling". They had a few people calling for the financial advisor or insurance agent at the same time. The problem with this, is that each "file" was only being called on for 10 - 15 minutes each. That's it. Some of these people paid anywhere from $500 to $1500 for the call center to make calls for them to get them appointments. And for that money, they only got worked, if they were lucky, 15 minutes ONCE A WEEK. I wasn't there for very long. But long enough to see that I did not agree with the way they took money from people, promising all of these "quality appointments", knowing for a fact these people wouldn't get the amount of appointments promised, and if they did, it would take a year or more. But back to the reason I commented on this to begin with. You really should feel sorry for those people in the call center. They say crap rolls down hill, and as far as I was able to see, they were definitely at the bottom of the hill. I doubt much has changed since I have left, so I am sure they still are the ones catching all the flack for the lack of appointments made, when in reality, it is not only the leads they are given (which are crap), but only being able to work each file only 10 minutes unless an appointment was made before the 10 minutes was up, because alot of times they are told that if they make an appointment, move on to the next file. So some files might only get worked for 3 minutes. Paying over $500 for MAYBE 10 minutes a week? I am still trying to figure out how they sleep at night. And I haven't even talked about how the one owner, Matt, runs around like he is about to catch someone doing something wrong. And thinking it is OK to literally scream in an employees face in front of everyone in that building? He reminds me a little kid who didn't get the toy he wanted at the store throwing a temper tantrum. He has some MAJOR issues and probably needs some professional help. Some anger management counseling probably would do him some good. I didn't have a whole lot of interaction with the other owner, Ronda. She seemed pretty nice. But then I remember that they are both the ones responsible for ripping off these people.

your crazy

AUTHOR: Kim Hagler - ()

POSTED: Friday, February 27, 2015

I work at Prestige and love my job once again. I hate all this bashing on line about a company that works hard to to provide a qualilty product and pay there employees well.I have been here six weeks and everyone calls the same stuff. No one is handed anything extra and you can earn good money here. We do scrub each list before it goes out and everything this person said was a lie. I guess this was one of the employees that were dishonest to there customers and that is why she or he says this, We sell cold call list. People with a certian profile and the list work if you call them. Our own call center calls the same numbers and gets results every day. Wish people had better things to do than set on this site and lie. Prestige Management is a great place to work and a great place to do business with. Please dont believe the liers on here mad cause they arent working here makeing good money anymore cause they cant sell or cant tell the truth. thanks for reading

The SISTER

AUTHOR: Jack Mehoff - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 17, 2014

I have seen what that person is taking about. The sister of Matt Alyward purchase drugs from other members of the service. From sales people to call center reps. She comes in the morning smelling of weed and all drugged out. By 10am she is all crabby.  She messes up the payroll and my leads that I sold for a short time. No wonder the place is a mess. You will never have a stable job there if you are not family or Matt's "Pet" Which he only has one of the those who he talks to as a person & takes him to his home.

The leads are not all scrubbed as we tell the customers. We don't even no how many leads are available. We make it up.

SAD.....

Since the sister places the orders as well, the she messes them up. REplacements all over the place. No other Company would put up with this stuff.
